Customer Value Research is our methodology that brings direct customer input into the New Product Pricing Process. In this seminar, attendees learn the capabilities and the limitations of both qualitative and quantitative research methods. At this hands-on, one day workshop, attendees learn a proven process to confidently set product price, project unit volumes, revenues and profits, and present and defend their pricing decisions.   A case study is used as the basis for exercises and discussion.  The attendees learn how to tackle elements such as product portfolio management, value segmentation, and competitive positioning.  We also demonstrate how best to tie the New Product Pricing Process into the product development cycle.
